Yes, you can use the Sperm Guide and the Applicator Extra  on different days within your fertile window (about 5-6 days of your menstrual cycle).  For example, you can alternate between the Sperm Guide on days that you have sex with your partner and the Applicator Extra on days when intercourse isn’t an option.

It's advisable not to use both the Sperm Guide and the Applicator Extra in the same session.
